If you are looking for a good cup of coffee to pair with a fruit pie, I am a big fan of Equal Exchange's Organic African Roots.  Equal Exchange is my favorite fair trade organization. It has over 30 years of success fighting the cause for an independent food system that works for farmers, consumers and independent business. This light roast is great anytime, but I especially like it with desserts. It is magical with berry pies. Sourced from Ethiopia and the Congo, it has its own blackberry under-note.
